When you submit a Scope Check form, we collect: your name, email address, website or social URL, description of what you sell, timeline preference, package interest, integration needs, and decision-maker status. We also collect anonymous usage data through Vercel Analytics (page views, CTA clicks, form interactions).
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to: respond to your Scope Check request within 24 hours, send a project scope confirmation, communicate about your project, and improve our service through aggregated analytics. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes.
3. Data Storage
Form submissions are stored in our secure database and sent via encrypted email (Resend) and Telegram for internal notification. We retain lead data for 24 months for business relationship purposes. You can request deletion at any time by contacting us.
4. Cookies & Analytics
We use Vercel Analytics for anonymous usage tracking. No advertising cookies, no third-party trackers, no fingerprinting. The analytics data is aggregated and cannot be used to identify individual visitors.
