1. Services
$1B+ Studio provides landing page design, conversion optimization, UI/UX audit, web design, branding, and SEO audit services. The specific scope, timeline, and price are confirmed in writing before any payment is due.
2. Payment Terms
Payment is split 50/50: 50% after scope confirmation in writing, 50% upon delivery of the final work. The scope confirmation document is the binding agreement between the client and $1B+ Studio. Any work outside the confirmed scope is quoted separately.
3. Revisions
Core Sprint includes 2 revision rounds. Plus Sprint includes 3 revision rounds. A revision round is a consolidated set of feedback delivered at once. Additional rounds beyond the included number are billed at the agreed hourly rate.
4. Delivery Timeline
Standard delivery is 7 days from project start: Day 3 shareable draft, Day 7 production-ready final. Timeline may adjust based on client feedback turnaround. Delays caused by client response time (>24 business hours) may extend the delivery date.
5. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, the client receives full ownership of the final design and code deliverables. $1B+ Studio retains the right to display the work in its portfolio and case studies unless otherwise agreed in the scope confirmation.
6. Limitation of Liability
$1B+ Studio's liability is limited to the total project fee paid. We do not guarantee specific conversion rates or business outcomes, though we publish historical averages for reference. All conversion forecasts are estimates based on historical data.
